The new headquarters for Clare County Council was completed in 2008.  The new building provides high-quality office accommodation for over 300 staff including meeting rooms, canteen and Council Chambers.

The 8,500 sq.m building extends over 4 storeys with a central atrium.  The building is naturally ventilated and the absence of traditional HVAC noise required the specification of a sound masking system to achieve the required speech privacy between workstations.
