Our way of working is to share openly and collaborate in order to achieve greater things as a team than we can alone. We support each other. Acting ethically is a core value and we want to leave a lasting positive contribution on society and the planet. We want to enjoy coming to work and to not want to work anywhere else.
MDA recognises the value of our people and is committed to fostering a rewarding and inclusive workplace culture. Having team members from a wide variety of disciplines including engineering, architecture, science, music, design, and academia brings a wealth of knowledge and diverse perspectives to our business. Developing a workplace culture that promotes continuous learning and supports career growth is vital to our success. We thrive when our people thrive.
Our regular in-house seminars, presented by both internal and external specialists, demonstrate our commitment to staying up-to-date with industry developments and product availability. Staff are encouraged to attend and present papers at international conferences, which is a great opportunity for networking, keeping updated and exchanging knowledge and expertise within the industry. Many of our team members regularly present as guest lecturers on acoustics at universities around the world, which helps to shape the future generations of acoustics and design professionals.
