Jiaqi Guo
Jiaqi holds a master’s degree in science for engineering from Sorbonne University, specialising in Architectural and Urban Acoustics. She completed her bachelor’s degree through a double exchange program, focusing on Acoustics Sous-Marine and Mechanical Acoustics at Le Mans University and Harbin Engineering University.
Before joining Marshall Day Acoustics, she worked as an acoustic engineer at Orfea Acoustique in Paris, where she developed expertise in building acoustics. She contributed to a diverse range of projects, including school renovations, office buildings, wooden residential buildings, fitness clubs, the control center at Paris Airport, and auditoriums.
Jiaqi has also completed internships in various fields of acoustics, including underwater, building and industrial acoustics. Through these experiences, discovered her true passion for architectural acoustics. Since 2022, she has been teaching acoustics at Builders École d’Ingénieurs (Campus Normandie), where she shares her knowledge with students pursuing careers in the public construction field.
