Shaun King
Shaun King is an Associate based in the Auckland office who specialises in building and environmental acoustics.
He graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Auckland in 2008, before he joined Marshall Day Acoustics in 2012.
Shaun has experience in a wide range of projects such as large infrastructure projects, educational facilities, residential and commercial developments, industrial environmental noise assessments and community facilities. Shaun works collaboratively with design team members and clients on a range of projects to ensure successful acoustical outcomes are achieved.
He has an interest in using technology to improve communicating acoustical concepts to clients and design team members. He was instrumental in developing The Listening Room that provides realistic and accurate sound and vibration demonstrations to clients.
