Dolce Via

Dolce Via is a large mixed-use development in Nice comprising 518 apartments, retail spaces including a Lidl supermarket, an elementary school and approximately 600 underground parking spaces.

Designed by Atelier Jean-Paul Gomis and In Situ Architects, the development comprises five building blocks connected by new roads and landscaped pedestrian walkways. It is targeting QDM Certification (Mediterranean Sustainable District) through its environmentally conscious design and inclusion of shared amenities such as green spaces, a playground, and sports facilities.
